Job Title: Construction Foreman

At SPATCO Energy Solutions, we are committed to providing exceptional energy solutions to our customers. As a Construction Foreman, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate job duties and delegate tasks to construction workers and sub-contractors.
  • Work closely with construction managers, estimators, and internal departments to ensure jobs are completed on time.
  • Lead and train junior crew members to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Monitor and maintain schedules for workers and sub-contractors, ensuring the best skills are applied and product installation requirements are followed accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure all safe work practices are followed at all times, and safe housekeeping practices are maintained.
  • Document daily activities, material/parts used, testing, inspections, and visitors.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure a timely flow of supplies, materials, and sub-contractor work.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • 3-5 years of construction experience, preferably in petroleum construction, with a focus on running crews and sub-contractors.
  • 40hr OSHA training is a plus.
  • Experience with operating Skid-Steer loaders, Min-x excavators, and Rubber tire backhoes.
  • Detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
  • Self-starter with strong leadership qualities.
  • Ability to lift and work in various weather conditions.
