The Bartender is a key member of our hospitality team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Take orders and prepare and serve a variety of beverages and light meals to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
  • Maintain knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available.
  • Maintain knowledge of designated glassware, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes for each drink.
  • Abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and serving alcohol in a safe manner.
  • Assist with weekly/monthly inventories.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.

**Requirements:**

  • Working knowledge of designated glassware, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes for drinks.
  • One year of bartending experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
