About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Community Clinician Per Diem to provide Children and Family Treatment Support Services (CFTSS) in Castleton-on-Hudson, NY. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing mental health services to children up to the age of 21 and their families.

Job Description

This is a per diem position with flexible hours, offering the opportunity to work remotely or hybridly. You will report to the Clinical Supervisor and work closely with family members, advocates, and other salient parties to identify treatment goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting home and community-based assessments, counseling, and treatment planning for children and their caregivers
  • Providing in-person, in-home, community-based, office, and telehealth services to meet the needs of our clients
  • Completing assessments of needs and recommendations for further medically necessary services, such as rehabilitation services
  • Working collaboratively with family members, advocates, and other salient parties to identify and track progress towards treatment goals
  • Ensuring timely completion of all required documentation for submission to the Supervisor
Requirements and Education

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • One year of related experience
  • NYS Professional Licensure/Limited Permit - LMFT, LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, and LCAT
  • A valid NYS driver's license and a reliable vehicle, as up to 50% of your time may involve community travel and client home visits
Estimated Salary Range
