Job Summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly.
  • Administer contrast media and other medications as required.
  • Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any adverse reactions.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and images.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or Computed Tomography.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of imaging protocols and procedures.
