Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Press Packer to join our team on a weekend shift. As a Press Packer, you will be responsible for monitoring raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials, and performing cycle counts to ensure all materials are properly verified and reflect reported inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and verify inventory levels to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company safety standards and protocols.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Must be able to work up to 12 hours per day, including Saturday and Sunday.
  • Must be able to obtain a hi-lo license.
  • Six months manufacturing experience (required).
  • Basic math skills (required).
  • Ability to operate PC and scanner (required).
  • Able to stand for 8-12 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
