Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team at Balise Auto. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our new and used inventory in our lots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring that vehicles are properly stocked and displayed on the lot.
  • Vehicle Stocking and Maintenance: Work with sales to stock in and move vehicles, making room for new inventory on the lot.
  • Inventory Accessories: Manage all new and used inventory accessories, such as books, keys, and codes.
  • Visual Merchandising: Take pictures of vehicles on the lot and advertise them on our website to showcase our inventory.
  • Lot Maintenance: Keep the dealership lot clean and organized, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Weather Conditions: Work in various weather climates and conditions outside, including snow removal.
Environmental and Physical Requirements
  • Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
  • Driver's License: A current valid driver's license and insurability rating is required.
  • Travel: This position may require up to 0-10% travel.
