Responsibilities
  • Provide medication management and dispensing services to patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely medication administration
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Pharmacist in New Mexico
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Work Schedule

The ideal candidate will be available to work an overnight shift from 22:00 to 07:30, with a preference for a 7 on/7 off schedule. This role requires the ability to work every other weekend rotation and no call/no float.
