Position Overview:

Essential Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a BS degree with over 8 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with over 6 years of relevant experience. Key qualifications include:

  • Extensive expertise in Microservice-based architectures and Cloud solutions.
  • Proficient in infrastructure assessments and security/networking.
  • Experience with hybrid multicloud platform implementations for over 3 years.
  • Over 7 years of experience in Enterprise Java development utilizing lean and agile methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL cloud database implementations.
  • Experience in developing and deploying APIs and microservices.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architecture.
  • Experience in modernizing and integrating legacy software applications.
  • Ability to create and maintain critical system documentation.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust MBI clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Desirable attributes include:

  • Current Public Trust MBI clearance.
  • Experience working within IRS infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with large federal IT environments.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $101,000 and $183,300. This range serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation. Factors influencing the offer may include job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
