We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support.


Key Responsibilities


  • Customer Service
    • Greet each customer with a smile and assist while they are in the store.
    • Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.

  • Point of Sale Operations
    • Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
    • Collect payments by cash and credit card.
    • Issue receipts to customers.

  • Inventory Management
    • Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.

  • Sales and Promotions
    • Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives set forth by the company.
    • Develop and maintain solid product knowledge to best help customers with their selections.


Requirements


  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively.
    • Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service.
    • Willingness to work well in a team environment.
    • Ability to quickly and accurately work a register.
