Job Summary:

Focus Staff is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services to patients in Somerset, Kentucky. As a travel Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with pediatric patients to older adults, evaluating and treating diagnosed conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to patients, including evaluation and treatment of diagnosed conditions.
  • Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and other team members.
  • Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
  • Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Graduate of a master's level program in Speech Language Pathology accredited by the Education Standards Board or whose practice meets ASHA certification requirements.
  • Must possess independent decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.

Work Experience:

At least 2 years of SLP experience.
