Role Overview:
As a clinical partner to the Vision Center Manager, you will revolutionize eyecare at Walmart by advancing affordable healthcare options for everyone. This role involves providing evidence-based vision care, recommending and prescribing medications and other treatment options, delivering routine vision care, and educating patients and store associates on eye health.

Responsibilities:
Examine patients' health conditions, determining visual acuity and perception, and prescribing, fitting, and adjusting eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids. Represent the company in vision care and patient engagement, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining patient information in vision center systems. Develop strategies to attract and maintain a skilled workforce, cultivating an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics.

Requirements:
A Doctoral degree in Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school and a licensed optometrist in good standing in the state of practice are minimum qualifications. Experience in healthcare is preferred. The annual salary range for this position is $100,000.00-$200,000.00, including competitive pay, performance-based bonus awards, and benefits such as health, financial, and paid time off.
