Knife River Materials is seeking a skilled Crusher Operator / Button Pusher to join our team in the CRUSHER OPERATIONS department. This is a full-time position that requires travel to out-of-town sites.

• Operate Crusher equipment to efficiently produce aggregate products to predetermined specifications.
• Ensure safe and productive work practices, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all personnel, promoting a culture of quality and safety.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections to identify safety and maintenance issues.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• 2 years of experience or practical knowledge preferred, with a willingness to train the right candidate.
• Ability to operate different types of equipment.

The job requires steady to intermittent and repetitive physical activity, including standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking. Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
