Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Brenham, Texas.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Acute Care department. Your duties will include conducting clinical assessments, prioritizing patient needs, creating and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient responses.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs
  • Create, implement, and evaluate care plans to achieve desired outcomes
  • Build relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to provide effective care
  • Delegate tasks and follow up promptly to ensure efficient care delivery
  • Use problem-solving strategies to address patient and family concerns
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current and valid nursing license
  • BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting
