About the Role:

This is a Hybrid-Remote position located in Alexandria, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing product support activities and plans for the programs
  • Conducting course of action development and analysis in the areas of product support
  • Supporting the drafting and review of operator manuals, technical bulletins, training
  • Supporting the development of failure reporting and analysis corrective action (FRACAS) and Level or Repair Analysis (LORA) for the systems within the program
  • Providing recommendations for logistical issues to leadership
  • Developing and implementing logistics concepts, strategies, and plans
  • Assisting in the development of new or improved logistics methods and assisting in the preparation of strategy papers and/or presentations
  • Supporting and assisting in developing and refining new logistics requirements, procedures, and guidelines as needed
  • Supporting Logistic readiness reviews
  • Scheduling, tracking and reporting of meetings and briefings
  • Liaising between multiple stakeholders to coordinate meetings, activities, and events
  • Supporting decomposition and analysis of requirements to support program design/engineering activities
  • Supporting facilitation of meetings, table-top exercises, demonstrations, and other events

Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum SECRET level clearance
  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in product support for DoD hardware and software systems
  • Candidates should possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office with specific experience in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Candidate should be a superior writer, with the ability for critical thinking and clear communication
  • Candidate should demonstrate ability to problem solve and work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Requires some Travel, including international travel
  • Physically located in/near Alexandria, VA (will need to come into the office on a Hybrid schedule)
  • Transportation, property management, and whare-housing does not count
