Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Telemetry environment
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, ECGs, and other vital signs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current California Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- 1 year of nursing experience in a Telemetry or Critical Care setting
