About You:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and enhance mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems to improve operational efficiency and building conditions.
  • Oversee building maintenance, preventive measures, and repairs while managing parts and vendor interactions.
  • Collaborate with technology teams and vendors to optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Support the implementation of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and automation projects.
  • Maintain and repair facility systems, including conveyors and control components.
  • Train and supervise team members as necessary.
  • Utilize schematics for troubleshooting and ensure proper operation of automated systems.
  • Respond to operational inquiries and resolve facility-related issues effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with HMI control systems and conveyor maintenance.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support operations.
  • Flexibility to provide off-hours support when necessary.

Compensation: The expected pay rate for this position starts at $45.00/hour, equating to approximately $90K annually, depending on experience, along with comprehensive benefits including a matched 401K and bonus opportunities.

Note: This role requires onsite presence.
