Dietary Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center, a 178-bed facility serving the southern Denver region since 1965.

The Dietary Aide will assist the Dietary Manager with patient dietary plans and meal planning, prepare meals in cooperation with kitchen staff, and serve food with professionalism and knowledge of basic food offerings and menu content.

• Assist with patient dietary plans and meal planning
• Prepare meals in cooperation with kitchen staff
• Serve food with professionalism and knowledge of basic food offerings and menu content
• Keep the dining room properly cleaned and set up to meet resident expectations
• Dishwashing duties during shift as needed

• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure and fast-paced work environment
• Food handler's permit required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Effective communication skills in English

• $16-$18/hr, commensurate with experience
