- Monitor Resident Well-being: Continuously monitor residents' well-being and report any changes in condition to the Assisted Living Director.
- Provide Resident Care: Provide resident care activities under the direction of the Assisted Living Director, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our residents.
- Medication Management: Assist with the Medication Management Program, ensuring accurate and timely administration of medications.
- Care Planning: Assist with care plans, working closely with the Assisted Living Director to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Performance Improvement: Participate in the Assisted Living performance improvement process, contributing to the continuous improvement of our care services.
- Emergency Procedures: Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and respond appropriately in the event of an emergency.
- Documentation: Document evaluation of nursing interventions, including resident response, to ensure accurate and comprehensive records.
- Education and Experience: Be a graduate of an accredited RN/LVN/LPN program and have a minimum of one year of experience as a nurse in a senior care setting.
- Certifications and Licenses: Hold a current active, unencumbered Nursing License in the state of practice (LVN/RN/LPN).
- Team Player: Be a great team player, able to work collaboratively with our healthcare team to provide exceptional care to our residents.
