Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Aurora MySQL Senior SDE, Serverless to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to build high-performance database systems that run across thousands of servers worldwide. As a member of our team, you will design, develop, and deploy innovative software solutions to transform service performance, durability, cost, and security.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience, including leading design or architecture of new and existing systems. Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language and full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.

This role offers a competitive salary, ranging from $151,300/year to $261,500/year, depending on geographic location.
