We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at ClearSky Health. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their motor function and reasoning abilities.
- Assist patients in selecting adaptive equipment and assistive devices to enhance their daily living and working environments.
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve maximum benefit.
- Prepare patients for discharge and ensure a smooth transition to their next level of care.
- Two years of direct patient occupational therapy care and treatment experience preferred.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is a plus, but we welcome recent graduates to apply.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in good standing is required.
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification is also required.
