Healthcare Professional with Expert Nursing Skills

Samaritan Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. With a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction, we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our patients.
Job OverviewThis is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with a schedule from 6:45am-5:15pm and mandatory scheduled call. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Implement evidence-based practices, utilizing critical thinking skills to make informed decisions and prioritize patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring comprehensive care and attention to detail.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.
- Current Washington State RN licensure and active registration.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, preferably with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum one year of acute care experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong emphasis on critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- HCP (Healthcare Provider) Level of BLS (Basic Life Support) certification within 30 days of hire – AHA or equivalent.
- ACLS (AHA Advanced Life Support) certification within six months of hire and renewed every two years.
- PALS (AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or PEARS (AHA Pediatric Advanced Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization) certification within six months of hire and renewed every two years.
