Job Summary

UGI Utilities, Inc. is seeking a skilled Regulator Technician to join our team. As a Regulator Technician, you will be responsible for installing, operating, troubleshooting, and repairing all types of regulators and control valves in our system. You will also assist in performing general regulator station maintenance and troubleshooting complex city gate stations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and replace all meters above size AL800 and all measurement equipment.
  • Assist other employees in installing, operating, troubleshooting, and repairing all types/sizes of meters and correctors in the system.
  • Perform odorant runs, station safety inspections, and pressure checks.
  • Assist with meter change outs, meter builds, station inspections, and station builds.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid PA Driver's license.
  • Ability to use critical thinking skills to install and maintain a large variety of regulators & control valves.
  • Ability to use computers and software for many types of systems and administrative functions.
  • Ability to adapt and change to technology and procedural changes.
