Job Overview

This position involves working as an in-home care aide, providing support for daily living activities, companionship, and transportation to clients in our community. You'll work closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with daily living activities
  • Provide companionship through various activities
  • Offer transportation assistance
  • Help with meal planning and preparation
  • Monitor clients' condition and report any changes
  • Administer medication as needed
  • Provide housekeeping support

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • English language proficiency (written and spoken)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Washington State driver's license, reliable vehicle, and up-to-date auto insurance (must transport clients)
  • Home Care Aide License (HCA) or ability to complete online coursework
  • First Aid/CPR certification (training can be provided within 120 days)
