Job Opportunity: We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in geriatric nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct patient care and assessing patient needs.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Supervising nursing assistants and orderlies to ensure efficient workflow and quality care.
  • Participating in patient education and family support initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • CPR certification and ability to maintain yearly.
  • Strong knowledge of geriatric care principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits: Salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience. Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for eligible candidates. Comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off package included.
