Job Title:

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients and their families on speech-language pathology interventions and strategies for continued progress at home.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current California state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an SLP, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
