Pinkerton's is a new bakery seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a fast-paced bakery environment. The position will work 32-40 hours per week with a competitive hourly rate plus tips.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mixing and baking morning pastries, breads, cakes, pies, cookies, and other sweet and savory treats
  • Dough lamination, sandwich assembly, preparing fillings and custards, tempering chocolate, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborating with our Head Chef on recipe development and testing to create new and exciting menu items
  • Providing exceptional customer service and working well under pressure to meet high standards
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods of time, and having reliable transportation to and from work
