Therapist for Young Learners

Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to young learners in a preschool setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop individualized therapy plans to address these needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate occupational therapy goals into students' educational plans.
• Case Load Management: Manage a moderate case load of diverse students with varying communication needs, ensuring that each student receives personalized attention and support.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy: A master's degree in occupational therapy is required for this position.
• Valid License: A valid occupational therapy license is required for this position.
