We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Bronson Commons in Mattawan, MI. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to patients' health or situations.
- Assess patients' physical and developmental needs.
- Analyze assessment data to identify patient problems or issues.
- Develop a plan that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes.
- Implement the identified plan, including administering prescribed medication and treatment.
- Evaluate progress toward attainment of expected outcomes.
- Associate's degree, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Licensed RN in good standing with the State of Michigan required.
- Experience in Long Term Care, Rehab, or general Geriatrics preferred.
- VAST training, as provided by Bronson Commons.
- BLS certification required by completion of core orientation.
- Successful completion of clinical orientation program.
- Geriatric Certification preferred.
This role involves regularly lifting of bulky or moderately heavy weights (i.e., up to 50 pounds), and occasionally assisting with heavier tasks or expending the equivalent effort in pushing, pulling, or otherwise handling material, equipment, and other objects.
