We are excited to announce the opening of a new pre-owned vehicle center and are looking for exceptional Pre-Owned Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. This role presents a unique opportunity to manage your own sales and work independently. Previous experience with luxury brands is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance and guidance to all customers visiting the dealership.
  • Help customers make informed purchasing decisions by actively listening to their needs and asking relevant questions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to foster relationships that enhance the sales experience.
  • Communicate product features, applications, and advantages to potential buyers.
  • Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, and performance evaluations.
  • Build lasting relationships and create loyal customers by understanding their vehicle preferences.
  • Become a product expert, familiarizing yourself with all vehicle offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of both new and used vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to encourage referrals.
  • Learn to navigate objections and excel in various sales scenarios.
  • Maintain direct communication with the Sales Manager regarding objectives and performance reviews.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • High energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales process.
  • Friendly and competitive demeanor, particularly in negotiations and objection handling.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, along with basic computer and math proficiency.
  • Interest in mentoring new sales associates as you gain experience, and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Prior sales experience, ideally in retail, mobile, or automotive sectors.
  • Technologically adept.
  • Self-motivated with a drive for success.
  • Eager to learn about new products and improve sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
