About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced trial attorney to join our team in the Westchester, NY office. As a trial attorney, you will be responsible for handling a high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial
  • Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial procedures
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies
  • Work closely with support staff to manage clerical and administrative matters related to lawsuit handling
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in New York and membership in good standing with the state bar
  • 1-10 years of insurance defense litigation/trial experience
  • Experience working in a paperless environment
  • Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $125,625.00-$160,000
  • Potential yearly incentive pay up to 16% of base salary
