- Equipment Management: Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of assigned equipment, including high-capacity forklifts, skates, jacks, and other heavy machinery.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with best practices in the rigging and machinery moving industries, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform other responsibilities and duties as directed by management.
- Qualifications: NCCO Rigger 1, 2, and Signalman qualifications are required. A Class A CDL with no restrictions is also mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a rigger, with at least 3000 documented rigging hours.
- Skillset: Strong mechanical reasoning and spatial awareness, situational awareness, excellent attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks repeatedly over an 8-10 hour shift.
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a drug screen and all required background checks.
