Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution: Oversee the safe and efficient execution of projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of junior riggers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of assigned equipment, including high-capacity forklifts, skates, jacks, and other heavy machinery.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with best practices in the rigging and machinery moving industries, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform other responsibilities and duties as directed by management.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: NCCO Rigger 1, 2, and Signalman qualifications are required. A Class A CDL with no restrictions is also mandatory.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a rigger, with at least 3000 documented rigging hours.
  • Skillset: Strong mechanical reasoning and spatial awareness, situational awareness, excellent attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks repeatedly over an 8-10 hour shift.
  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a drug screen and all required background checks.
