About the Role

Rumpke of Ohio, Inc. is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team in a Recession Resistant industry. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all levels of preventative maintenance services, including inspections and repairs of brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other critical components.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on major components such as engines, transmissions, and differentials.
  • Complete accurate work orders daily and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude and in-depth knowledge of truck components and systems.
  • Must be able to read and speak the English language.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment testing.
