Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Traveling Registered Nurse to join our team at Planet Healthcare. As a Traveling Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals and clinics, and provide high-quality patient care to individuals in need.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop and implement plans to address these needs.
- Monitor patients' progress, and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that patients receive the care they need.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment as needed.
