Job Title: Ward Leonard Assembler II

Join Fairbanks Morse Defense, a leading provider of electric motor, generator, control, and service solutions, as a Ward Leonard Assembler II. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex controls and control cabinets, as well as other equipment, to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble complex controls and control cabinets, as well as other equipment, to meet customer requirements.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure that all mechanical functions work and that there is room for replacing parts.
  • Install doors, external labels, engraved identification plates, and viynlites to complete the project.
  • Submit the completed unit to Test and Q.A.
Requirements:
  • High school or trade school graduate.
  • Good eyesight and very good manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work at an acceptable to moderate level of proficiency and require general supervision.
