">We're seeking an accomplished Financial Operations Manager to lead our financial operations team in Arizona. This critical role will oversee financial reporting, budget development, cost accounting, and financial analysis for one of the state's largest healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Oversight of financial operations, including financial reporting, budget development, and cost accounting
- Leadership of a team, focusing on growth and development of junior-level leaders
- Strategic planning and execution to drive business growth and profitability
- Development and maintenance of strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
Requirements
">- 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance for a healthcare institution
- Prior experience managing Capex and Opex budgets, as well as finance projections and financial reporting
- Previous responsibility for business development initiatives, including major capital purchases, net revenue, and expense review
- 3 years of managerial or leadership experience
- Ideal candidate has worked for an organization or facility with multiple locations and 100+ beds
- Expert level Excel skills, including pivot tables, autofilters, Power Query, and macros
- Strong communication skills and high character
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
">Masters Degree, Lawson Software, Axiom Budget Software, Strata Cost Accounting
