Outpatient Facility Administrator

Position Overview: The Administrator will hold comprehensive responsibility for the daily operational and financial oversight of the outpatient facility. This role encompasses a variety of essential functions aimed at ensuring the effective management of the center.
- Reporting Structure: The Administrator will report directly to the Medical Director and the Operations Director.
- Service Oversight: Responsible for all services rendered by the center, including both Clinical and Non-Clinical operations.
- Liaison Role: Acts as a key liaison between the Medical Staff and Management.
- Collaboration: Works collaboratively with various disciplines to address administrative matters and concerns.
- Compliance: Ensures that the facility adheres to and maintains AAAHC standards.
- Staff Development: Coordinates ongoing education and professional development for staff members.
- Quality Improvement: Contributes to the advancement and enhancement of the Quality Improvement Program.
- Contract Management: Assists in the negotiation, updating, and renewal of vendor and managed care contracts.
- Operational Oversight: Manages the daily procedure schedule, insurance authorizations, coding, and reimbursement processes.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: Competitive salary plus bonus opportunities
