Responsibilities
The Licensed Practical Nurse is accountable for delivering comprehensive care to assigned patients.
He/she will effectively communicate with the healthcare team regarding any changes in the patient's clinical status, including monitoring vital signs, interpreting diagnostic results, and recognizing symptoms.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to respond promptly and accurately to fluctuations in patient conditions and treatment responses.Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse issued by the State of Pennsylvania.
2. BCLS certification required upon hire and must be maintained.
3. CRRN certification preferred within two years of employment.
4. Previous experience in an Acute Care setting is preferred.
