Job Overview:

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a highly skilled Distributed Automation Solutions Manager to lead our distribution engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automation solutions across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and vision for the automation engineering team
  • Support business units and distribution centers to gain in-depth understanding of distribution strategy, processes, and services
  • Design future processes and DCs using automation and/or robotics to create competitive advantages in distribution
  • Collaborate with integrators and manufacturers on automated solutions from concept to stabilization
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of distribution center experience (preferred)
  • 6+ years of Automation and robotics experience
  • Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering degree
  • Strong project management, relationship building skills & communication skills
