Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Full-Time Audiologist to perform Veteran Audiology Examinations.

Your Role

As a medical disability examiner, you will apply your expertise in the evaluation and diagnosis of audiological conditions to support a Veteran's disability claim. You will gather and synthesize clinical evidence through medical and military record review, interviews with Veterans, and face-to-face examinations. You will develop a medical opinion of the likelihood that the Veteran's condition is related to their military service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audiological examinations and evaluations
• Gather and synthesize clinical evidence
• Develop medical opinions
• Collaborate with Veterans and healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree in Audiology (AuD), Master's of Audiology (M.A.), Master's of Science Degree in Audiology (M.S.), Audiology of Speech Language Pathology Degree (PHD), Master's in Communication Disorders (MCD), Doctor of Education in Audiology (Ed.D)
• Active and unrestricted audiologist license in the state in which exams are performed
• ASHA certification or completion of masters or doctorate level at ASHA certified program
