  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.
  • Conduct equipment condition analysis and troubleshoot problems to identify root causes.
  • Prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and maintenance procedures.
  • Participate in preventative and corrective maintenance tasks to maintain equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean tools.
  • Participate in quality assurance and HSE programs to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Specific technical course(s) or apprenticeships in the field of expertise (e.g., mechanics, electricians, hydraulics, pneumatics, instrumentation, automation, etc).
  • Experience working in a manufacturing maintenance environment, preferably in a highly regulated environment.
  • Formal knowledge or experience of working with process, systems, and tools utilized in the maintenance context (mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation).
  • Numerical capability for simple arithmetic.
  • Computer literate.
  • Clear and open communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Competent (written and verbal); basic capabilities of English (highly desirable).
