Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and resolving concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that frozen food products are always stocked and rotated properly, and that product is correctly priced and tagged.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, cooler, and backroom.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Follow company guidelines for sanitation and safety, including proper disposal of trash and use of personal protective equipment.
  • Receiving and Inventory: Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries, checking in and storing merchandise, and baling cardboard and other materials.
  • Inventory Review: Help review orders to manage inventory levels and minimize loss.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the department and store.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with no prior experience required.
  • Qualifications: Ability to perform essential duties with or without an accommodation, and to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
