Appliance Repair Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Appliance Repair Team Lead to join our team at Mr. Appliance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
With a strong background in appliance repair and leadership skills, you will be able to diagnose and repair complex issues, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and motivate your team to achieve excellence. Your expertise and knowledge will enable you to train and develop other technicians, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to deliver top-notch results.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Previous experience as an appliance technician is preferred but not required. We offer competitive pay ranging from $35 to $50 per hour, depending on experience, along with opportunities for bonuses and commissions.
