Agricultural Worker

As a Laborer at CHS Inc., you will perform a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of our agricultural facilities. Your duties will include general labor duties, such as cleaning, maintenance, and equipment operation. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment, as well as assisting with grounds maintenance and equipment inspections.

• Perform general labor duties, including cleaning, maintenance, and equipment operation
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Assist with grounds maintenance, including snow removal and material spill cleanup
• Inspect in-use equipment for leaks and seeps
• Assist with unloading trucks and preparing for material handling

To be successful in this role, you will need to be physically able to perform manual labor tasks and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and follow safety protocols.
