About the Role

This role plays a critical part in driving strategic initiatives and steering the Procurement Team toward achieving its goals. Reporting directly to the Director of Procurement Operations, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective processes and tools that support procurement initiatives and programs. This position requires a broad understanding of procurement, continuous improvement, technology, and operations. You'll help unlock the value of new tools, track operational KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to the strategic direction and roadmap for the Procurement team.

A successful candidate will possess outstanding organizational skills, the ability to build structured processes, navigate ambiguity, and manage change effectively. They will be able to communicate complex ideas to senior leaders and C-suite executives and automate stakeholder communications to ensure seamless workflow progression. The ideal candidate will also champion the rollout of workflow orchestration tools and contribute to other procurement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and maintain structured workflows to ensure efficiency and transparency across all initiatives.

•Orchestrate the intake process for new requests and initiatives.

•Manage a dynamic portfolio of ongoing requests, ensuring precise prioritization, sequencing, and timely delivery

Stakeholder Communication:

•Deliver project updates and communications to senior leaders and C-suite executives.

•Lead weekly meetings with a cross-functional team to ensure smooth progression of requests through workflows.

•Automate stakeholder communications, guaranteeing all parties have real-time visibility into the status of requests.

Operational Support:

•Champion the rollout of the workflow orchestration tool, leveraging KPIs and data to unlock its full potential.

•Contribute to other procurement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness and cost-efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Management, or Process Improvement) required.

•4+ years of experience in procurement operations, change management, project management, or business analyst roles.

•Experience in implementing workflow tools or software across utilized across multiple teams is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Highly organized and detailed, with the ability to structure workflows and processes

•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effective across all organizational levels

•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

•Strong project management expertise with a proven track record to deliver results and drive change

•Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence decision making.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Data Manipulation, and Formulas).

•Experience with Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.

•Dynamic and innovative approach with adaptability to changing priorities.

The pay range for this position is $78,800 to $113,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
