We are currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to enhance our Outpatient Rehabilitation Services team. This role focuses on developing comprehensive treatment plans through specialized programming and a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to assist patients in regaining their productive lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and executing tailored physical therapy treatment programs for patients. This includes:
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Supervising the activities of support staff.
Essential Qualifications:
• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the State of Idaho.
• Basic Life Support certification for Healthcare providers from recognized organizations is required upon hire.
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
