Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bakery Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service
    • Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs, and provide personalized recommendations to create a memorable shopping experience.
    • Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store, and work across departments to assist guests.
  • Store Operations
    • Create a hospitable shopping environment by merchandising and stocking products throughout the day.
    • Assist in general housekeeping duties, including gathering shopping carts from the parking lot.
  • Teamwork
    • Present self in a professional manner, adhering to uniform standards.
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • At least 16 years of age.
