Assembly Technician

CNH Industrial is a world-class equipment and services company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assembly Technician. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing equipment, following print directions and safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Assembly and Testing: Build assemblies as required, following a print to ensure each and every part is built correctly and thoroughly.
• Fabrication Equipment Operation: Operate fabrication equipment such as waterjet, tube cutter, press brake, grinder, and plate beveler.
• Material Handling and Forklift Operation: Ensure materials are properly stored and loaded/unloaded using a forklift.
• Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all materials and equipment are properly stored and secured.

• Age and Physical Ability: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to meet the physical requirements of the job, including the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Experience and Skills: Forklift experience is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
