Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse in Electrophysiology Cardiac Lab

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Electrophysiology Cardiac Lab at Grandview Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for caring for patients undergoing electrophysiology procedures, including catheterization and other diagnostic tests.

Responsibilities
  • Care for and assess patients pre and post catheterization
  • Assist physicians and senior department personnel in conducting invasive tests and procedures
  • Prepare equipment and patients for exams, monitor vital signs and electrocardiograph data, and administer medications under physician supervision
  • Attend to patients' needs under minimal supervision and according to established policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through either American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
  • Minimum of one year of experience in CCU, ICU, or Cardiac Care preferred
