Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Social Services Technician 1 (CRRU) in our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to families and children in need, working closely with our social services team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to families and children in need, including case management and counseling services.
  • Collaborate with our social services team to develop and implement effective case plans.
  • Conduct home visits and assessments to identify the needs of families and children.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, and one year of experience in a social services related position, or two years of experience at an accredited college or university with at least 15 credit hours in a social services related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
