Phone Screener

We are seeking a highly skilled Phone Screener to join our team at Nightingale Home Services. As a Phone Screener, you will be responsible for managing high volume calls, phone screening caregivers for job placement, and other administrative duties such as data-entry, and follow ups to support staffing and managers, while delivering exceptional customer service assistance.

• Support high volume calls, answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information.
• Assist with the recruitment of caregivers by phone screening and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with HR to schedule job candidate orientation.
• Work with the Human Resources department to maintain current contact information on all staff and ensure all employees are complying with employment procedures related to attendance.
• Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed.
• Manage databases and input information, data, and records.
• Assisting the team as needed.

• Must be computer savvy.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Must have High Volume Call experience.
• Must have Customer service experience.
• Must have a positive outlook, and enjoys talking to people.
• Self-driven - ready to take on responsibility as well as work collaboratively with your team and cross-functional departments.
• Multi-tasker with excellent Time Management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
